Class A film developed to replace Clear coat paint system

Film composition can vary but has up to a four layer capability: clear, color, adhesive or a backing layer.

Wide range of decorative finishes

Film is available in solid colors, metallic colors, textures, and various gloss levels
Four layer film thickness of 0.032" (0.8mm).
  1. Clear layer– 0.005" (0.127mm)
  2. Color layer– 0.009" (0.238mm)
  3. Adhesive layer– 0.003" (0.076mm)
  4. Backing layer– 0.015" (0.361mm)
Additional features of coextruded Thermoplastic Film:
  • On-site manufacturing of coextruded Thermoplastic film
  • Available in a 28" die width (711 mm) or a 60" (1524 mm) die width
  • For 28" widths, thickness ranges from .010" (.25mm) to .030" (.762mm) thick
  • For 60" widths, thickness ranges from .010" (.25mm) to .090" (2.28mm) thick
  • Available in continuous rolls or individual blanks in a wide spectrum of colors and gloss levels.
  • Robotic sheet stacker system for sheet stock and automatic winder for roll stock.
