Not only does our film process save money over traditional painting systems, it’s also more environmentally beneficial. Because it eliminates the need for painting, the following environmental benefits are realized in the 2003 Dodge Neon program:
67,419 total gallons (539,352 lbs) of EPA hazardous chemicals are eliminated
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) are precursors to smog and regulated by the EPA. The film process will eliminate the emission of 283,160 lbs of the chemical of the 2003 Neon alone.
The film process reuses 560,000 lbs of plastic back into process, diverting it from landfill
