The thermoplastic film products manufactured by Mayco International can be created and shipped to customers at any stage of development, from rolls or blanks of untrimmed film or sheet stock through finished parts or subassemblies.

The versatility of thermoplastic film is enhanced by support from Mayco’s internal engineering, testing and design staff.

The load system can accommodate coextruded film in various sizes, thickness and colors. The oven station's 60,000-watt heating capability is generated by 810 quartz tube-heating elements, with 370 different zones for individual profiling when forming complex shapes and parts with deep draws.
